Researching properties internationally, we found no protection for the buyer or lessee of real property. Ownership laws vary from country to country, laws on transfer of property vary, type and quality of construction vary, financing may not be available, property valuation may not be market value. A variety of other facts regarding properties and locations may not surface until after your purchase and/or lease. Although we have heard of some successful purchases, many experiences have been horror stories.

We will use California-style diligence to protect your investments outside the United States. We thoroughly research properties for our clients. We travel to the desired properties and prepare a comprehensive report. We will negotiate for the purchase or lease of the property upon request.
